Jørgen founded Eiger Corporate AS in 2009, and later founded Veridian Corporate AS in 2019. He has been behind the wheel of several businesses in various industries, which has given him a practical approach to the field. With 20 years of experience in value analysis, acquisition and sale of businesses, Jørgen holds extensive experience and expertise in solving the various day-to-day tasks at Veridian Corporate. Jørgen has conducted and assisted in over 100 transactions and roughly 600 analyses and valuations of various companies in multiple industries. Jørgen has an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from the University of Agder, specialising in finance and project management. He takes a practical and analytical approach to issues, and his strong suit is his ability to quickly familiarise himself with the company’s area of business, challenges, and not least, opportunities.
