Kristian has over 20 years of international experience in strategic consulting, investment banking and private equity and has another five years of experience in leading positions in start-up and growth companies. He has completed over 100 transactions in the acquisition and sale of businesses and capitalisation through both equity and debt, primarily in the oil service and seafood industries. Kristian also has experience from various sections of the finance industry, broad operational experience, and has been on several boards both domestically and abroad. Kristian holds an MSc in Engineering (Sivilingeniør) from NTNU, specialising in marine technology.
